Classed as a high-efficiency gas fire due to it's Useful Energy Efficiency of 68.3 % and 4.2kW heat output, this fire is perfect for the modern home.
 
It can be installed into almost any chimney or flue, including Pre-cast when fitted with a 3" rebated fire surround.
 
This open-fronted gas fire features a choice coal or pebble fuel effect and comes with a contemporary chrome one-piece fascia
 
The Linear Plus is only available in a manual control model.
