All of the natural woods that we use are sourced from well managed professional plantations that are approved by the FSC (Forsest Stewardship-Council) or the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification).
Made to Measure Service
Every fire surround that we produce is individually handmade by skilled craftsmen at our factory in Yorkshire. Mantels are not mass produced and we do not buy or supply foreign imports. Therefore to ensure that your every fireplace need is catered for, we offer a full 'made-to-measure' service. Not only cany you choose the exact size of your fire surround, but you can also choose from our range of 25 wood finishes to create a truly individual fireplace to suit your home. Manufactured from a mixture of Solid Prime Oak and Grade A Oak Veneer. Capital Mantels are designed to be fronted with solid oak and strengthened with veneered returns. These mantels are designed with high efficiency and balanced flue gas fires in mind.Solid Oak
Mantels made from complete Solid Prime Oak and stained or painted to a finish. Suitable for all applications but please note that wood is a combustible material and when used with solid fuel applications protective measures should be undertaken.
